DEVIL'S BARGAIN SRD

It doesn't matter if it's in fantasy or space, much less if it takes place in an ancient world or in a civilization in a utopian future. Be it an animal, person, or conscious being, there will always be a force going against your success. In this system, the Storyteller becomes this force and you will have to bargain if you want to survive it. But remember, everything has its price and every debt will be paid.

DEVIL'S BARGAIN is a setting-neutral tabletop RPG system that emphasizes the power of deals made between players and Storyteller. That is to say, you can use this set of rules to play in any kind of setting (cyberpunk, fantasy) and with any genre (action, investigation). Additionally, it’s relatively easy to explain the mechanics of the system with a step-to-step guide that creates interesting characters in minutes.   

WHAT 'S THE DEAL? The system was designed to focus on bargains - a way for narrators to capitalize on players' actions, creating an environment in which any situation can quickly be changed.

Due to my location, I earn less than 40% for each copy sold via Itch. Which means that for every $2, I will only get 0.80 cents. However, I love writing and playing RPG and I really want to make this system into something special.
